A fun filled day with an opportunity to earn AKC Farm Dog title. There will be 2 Farm Dog Cert testing (am/pm) and CGC testing as well.

What's offered - Lost Item, Urban Locate, Trailing & Locate, Shed Hunt. Great for newbies or experienced. Come join the fun!
Cost - $5 per run for 1st dog - $2 per run for 2nd dog.
Time - 10am to 12pm or when finished.

Farm Dog Workshop

Cost: $75 per dog. $65 if entering in the Farm Dog Trial
Location: Canine Training Adventures/Majestic View Ranch, Sweet Home OR.
Prepare your dog for the 12 exercises for the Farm Dog Cert test. Get them familiar with farm obstacles, animals, sounds and obedience skills. Space is limited to 12 dogs. Entries open August 3rd!

Canine Crafts Christmas

Make memories this year by joining us for some paw painting for Christmas! Let your dog's artistic ability shine as they use their paws or tongue to paint beautiful Christmas decorations.
What's included
All materials are included and we will be using water color non-toxic paint. Artwork - Christmas tree, snowman & snowflake.
Dogs will be on leash and must be comfortable around other dogs and people.

Truffle Hunting Workshops
November 22nd 2025

Join Julia Back for another fun & informative workshop at Canine Training Adventures in Sweet Home OR
Dogs will be introduce to both truffle oils and actual truffles during indoor and outdoor search exercises. Handlers will receive instructions on novice truffle dog handling specific to the PNW, benefit from individualize coaching and more.
Two time slots to choose from: 8 to 12pm or 1 to 5pm
Prerequisite: working dogs must have search foundation experience and understand target odor beyond rats/prey.
Cost:
Working dog - $150 (Space is limited)
Auditor - $75
